Returns

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size or changing your mind.

Refunds

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if needed. No refunds will be given at this time, only a replacement. 

Damages

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pinkskydesign.com with:

• your order number
• photos of the damage
• photos of the packaging

Order Cancellation or Changes

We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@pinkskydesign.com.

After that point, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Address Updates

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
