What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped from our U.S. printing partners using USPS or FedEx, depending on the size and destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is printed and prepared after your order is placed.
• Production time: 3–5 business days
• Shipping time: typically 3–7 business days
Most orders arrive within 8–12 days, though delivery times may vary slightly based on location or carrier delays.
What if my order is delayed?
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to weather or carrier issues.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period of time, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
What if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier, as packages are sometimes left in a secure location.
If you’re unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we’ll work with you on a resolution.
What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll resend it once it arrives back to our facility.
Please note that return shipments can take additional time to process.
